Aerial view of clearcuts and roadbuilding encroaching on roadless area in the Yaak Valley. Kootenai National Forest, northwest Montana. Each year I help coordinate aerial flights with the environmental group Lighthawk through the local environmental organization Yaak Valley Forest Council. In turn I am able to work on aerial photography, which provides a unique perspective to environmental issues.
