Having trouble logging on to the NPN website? The reason may have to do with the cookies stored on your browser – like the ones in the kitchen cabinet, they sometimes “go bad”!
As with the recent installation of the new social media button script, sometimes there are external factors that can cause this issue. In any case, the resolution is to delete the cookies associated with the website that are stored in your browser. When you log back in, new cookies will be downloaded into your browser and all should be well again. For assistance on how to delete cookies, refer to the help function in your browser.

Never had this issue before now, but after trying everything suggested, had to switch to Chrome from Explorer to get logged in.
Jim, I upgraded to #23 Mozilla FF yesterday morning and having no site issues at all.

Jim,
I was not able to log in using Safari on a Mac. As you suggested, I deleted the npn cookie and all is well again. Thanks.
Safari > preferences > privacy then click on details and scroll to the npn cookie. click 'remove'.
