Andrey, some key elements make this image effective.

The pretty fall color helps us smile, because those warm tones evoke the regard so many of us feel for the natural world in autumn. Sentiment of nostalgia. Childhoods raking and diving into piles of leaves. Desire for peace.

The blurred vehicles produced via a slow shutter speed are all about velocity, people in a hurry. They flatly contradict peaceful feelings. They also intensify the split personalities so many of us have. We work hard and fast in our careers. We would love to slow down and deeply experience the natural world. Many of us never do, but most who don't quite get their fingers on the pulse of nature have at least an inkling that they're missing something, and are sometimes wistful about that. With our species and our hormones, that seems to happen most often in fall.

The sign intensifies the irony of motorists who appear to be speeding past a landscape that begs walking speed, consideration and study.

Three simple elements brought thoughtfully together and expressed with a camera.

A bit of added contrast would make this image really pop, but pop may not be a good thing in this case. The subdued lighting adds to the somber, reflective mood.

My only nit would be the title "One Way to Global Warming". It felt to me, if not misleading (not intentionally misleading), at least superfluous.
