I went out yesterday with Rick Lundh up the gorge and he spotted this great old car. A quick turn around and a little trespassing revealed a pretty cool scene. Thanks for any C&C.

This is really quite amazing, Jeremy. It would be tough to improve on this photo, but, if anything, it might have been helpful to use just a touch of fill flash, maybe -2 EV, to open up the shadows on the lower right which are ever so slightly distracting.

Cool find Jeremy. Rusting old cars and spring flowers just go together well for some reason. I've hiked past the one at DMR several times, but never taken the time to photograph it in good light. I'll have to remedy that one of these days.

Pretty scene Jeremy. I agree making the foreground more even by lightening the right lower region could improve this further, although I would favour post-processing rather than flash for this kind of scene.

Thanks guys...I'll have to post another. I can't quite figure out the web compression. Some images come out good others seem to be way to dark or a mix of both.

Well seen & photographed. Nice exposure. Liked the rusty look of the car. Just wish for little bit of room towards the top.

Hey Jeremy,
I love the up and close personal touch of the image. The placement of the arrowroot could not have been any better. The light is nicely exposed and brings out the saturation nicely.
