Mountain Shadow WC # 381
by Morris McClung
I took this a couple of years ago. The drive to the top of Mt. Evans was mostly in fog. Then as I drove through it, it became clear that something special was going on. When I arrived at the summit, and as evening came on, I had this view to the east of the shadow of the peak stretching out across the fog layer laying below me. It's why we do what we do, isn't it?
Comments and critiques always welcome, and thanks for looking.

What a treat to break out of the fog to this view. Magical colors well composed, impressive. Three layers well placed in the image.
