A walk in the Mangroves

We call this type of camel here in Saudi Arabia "al-sawaheliyat" means camels that live near the Mangroves trees. They eat its leafs, as you can see in trees at the background of the image they were cut from bottom at the same level (that's how much camel can reach).

I was searching for something photographic along the coast of the Red Sea (West of Saudi Arabia) when I found this single camel wading between these trees. The Sun was about 3 meters above that tree but its orange color was so intense that I didn't add any saturation in PS. Looking forward for your comments but before that please enjoy it!

Mohsen - I love this silhouette! and the story behind it too -
The golden color is wonderful.
Needs a bit of rotation counter-clockwise, though.

Excellent silhouette, and I like the monochromatic nature of this shot. The tilted horizon is a little bothersome. I'd also give it a very slight crop to remove a little bit from the left side and top.

Superb image Mohsen! Great silhouette and colour, and i love the framing of the tree and the camel. The image does need a little rotation, but other then that it is absolutely great! :wavey:

This is very appealing Mohsen, and unique as well. The graphic qualities are exceptional.

I agree with earlier comments about leveling and crop. Those changes will put it over the top!

Spectacular! :jump: The coloration and lighting are awesome as is the unique landscape. I do agree with Jorne that it needs a small CCW rotation. IMO compositionally this would be even more perfect if the camel were placed a bit more to the left, but that is a very minor thing and certainly not a nit. :toast:

Wonderful setting Mohsen. I rarely see Dromedary camel photographs. This image has a terrific feel to it, very well composed.

This deserves to be blown up and hung on a wall, Mohsen! Superb! Needs a little ccw rotation as others have already pointed out. :toast:

:toast: :toast: Wonderful landscape and image, the lighting is so dramatic and the silhouette is perfect. Adjust the horizon (easy to do) and you are in business..

Mohsen this is great, as already stated a little CCW rotation and, IMO, a little crop to the left will put it at the top.

The sharpness of the silhouttes against the wonderfully colored sky is striking. As previously stated, the camel is walking down hill. Congratulations on a well deserved EP! Would print this large and hang in a prominent place of honor.
