WC400- Langlois Moonrise

The very last minutes of crescent moon rising just ahead of the sun, as seen from Langlois Mtn in Curry Co, Or.

After scouting this location, it took nearly a year for all of the elements to line up, in conjunction with favorable weather on top of this usually foul-weathered hilltop.

I really love this image. The colors of the light and the graphic nature of the tree is great. Nice work on the scouting.

Really lovely work! The grasses in the LRC are a fantastic detail and the blades sticking above the horizon are also great. The colours here are also outstanding.

I like the current crop/comp., but, I don't mind this with some off of the top too.
