Symbol of outdoors

The whitetail is ubiquitous throughout the North American continent, but remains a great symbol of the wild outdoors and the especially the fall season. I love them for their variety and grace. This animal is not a grand specimen, but is a fine representative of the species. I was particularly happy that this capture came out okay at iso 800, the effective limit of my camera!
