We've just finished a blizzard here along the Front Range of Colorado. Here's what our clothesline looked like. Canon 5D, EF24-105 lens.

Heavy snow loaden (power?) wires. There is a little contrast btw. wires and the bottom part.

Interesting perspective. My brother-in-law is stuck in Burlington tonight, trying to get to his home near Boulder. He got just over 1/2 way there today after leaving central KS mid-morning.

Reminds me of my Minnesota Days... I heard about the snow you've gotten dumped on that's too bad.

The whole photo looks very pixelated though, particularly about halfway up along the right side. Not sure what went wrong.

There's a great subject! I can sympathise with that... I like the comp too. Lots of power lines and barbed wire fences this week, so I like something else in the mix. Very nice!

It seems to me that the whiteness suffers from the inevitable file compression. How big is the file Joe? If it's well below 200k, you might increase the size by lowering the amount of compression and get better details. (Then again, I'm lousy with this technical stuff...)

I'm glad I am on the west side of the Wasatch Mountains looking at this instead of the east side of the Rockies!

Thanks all for your comments and feedback. The file is very small. I haven't figured out how to make them the right size, yet.

That was a wild storm I only got a dusting, but just a mile up the road there was 5 inches or so. Ill be postng a bunch of pics on ESS from the aftermath of all the snow.
This is an interesting shot! I like the perspective you got, although a darker background might have worked better for the bottom. Thanks for posting! :wavey:
