Another shot from Yanacocha Reserve, Ecuador, in fog and dense shrubbery. There's some noise, and I wish I could have had a bit more DOF. But you have to love the white leggings.

I love the intensity of the stare. Even with the limited DOF the image is wonderful eye candy.

Yeah, I noticed his fluffy white leggings :smile: A beautiful hummer Jim. I think using any NR on this image would probably result in quite a loss of detail...

Cool little hummer Jim. Excellent eye contact and nice pose. I agree a little more DOF would be nice, but from your specs, it looks like pretty tough conditions. Nice job.

nice intent pose and beautiful bg. More DOF would be good, but I think you found the right balance to make the most of some difficult conditions. :toast:

I love the white bobby socks but also the beautiful colors throughout the bird especially on the breast. I think this is an amazing image.

I do love the little white leggins! They remind me of petticoats.

I think your own critique was spot on but I think this is a wonderful image.
