Autumn in Tiveden
by Christer Johansson
Late in October, my wife and our two dogs spent a weekend in the Tiveden NP here in Sweden. The autumn colors was at peak and we where blessed with nice crisp weather. This shot was taken when returning from a 12 km long walk arround the lake.

My only suggestion would be to comment a little more on others' photos. Your skill would give you a lot to offer others in terms of advice

This is a very nicely composed and captured autumn scene. I really like the foreground color for a base and the rest of the scene just seems so nicely nicely in balance. If I had a nit, it would be that I would try and pull back on the contrast as this seems a little heavy to my eye. But perhaps not to others. I would also try and nuetralize the color a bit in the white tree trunks that have a slight purple cast to them. Otherwise, this is quite a pretty autumn scene.
