Petals of a Rose shot real close perhaps a little over 1:1 and slightly cropped. ND200, 105mm F/2.8 VR Micronikkor, 25mm Extension (if I remember right), ISO200, F/4, 1/200 Sec and Tripod.

Your problem Ram is, you are so good at this type of shot that it's hard for you to top yourself! You are in a league of your own, but I think this has to be one of your best. Masterful use of color without blowing it out the window.

long time no hear. I understand why others consider this image as one of your best and I must add myself to their side

There's lot to like in this image and no nits. The juicy raspberry colour with hues of honey gold and the contrasting green are simply fantastic! The diagonal composition with curved petals is excellent. Hat off!!!
