I love the flowing, blowing plumes and the ruffled up neck feathers. I also love the great view of the eyes and the lores, the details and sharpness.

Excellent detail and sharpness despite what must be a significant crop if the entirety of both birds was in the original. I like the crop you have chosen. Eye detail is appreciated on the larger version.

Excellent sharpness and DOF Dave and I really like the light and the wind blown feathers. I'm always very hesitant to clone but I think I'd have been tempted to get rid of the leaf tip in lower right (or perhaps modify my crop - but probably the former).
