Craig, great reflection, colors, and rock!
The upper left and left side is quite light, and would benefit from darkening a bit, imo.

Craig, I like the pose, the reflection, and the habitat in the background (and of course the colors in the bird!). The only thing I would do if it was mine would be to try to tone down the hot spot on the bill and perhaps in the whites on the bird.

This is a lovely shot Craig! Very nicely captured and presented. Maybe I would opt for an ever so slightly darker upper left background. In any case it remains a real beauty.

A fine shot Craig. I agree that you could perhaps tone down the harsh brightness in the upper left. Love the perch and reflection :toast:

A lovely capture, Craig. I agree with the others that a slight selective darkening of the upper left corner and maybe the white hot spots on the bill and flank. Special props for seeing the shot.

A super comp here Craig. All I would suggest is bringing down the brightness of the ULHC.

Thanks to everyone that took the time to leave a comment. It appears most agree that darkening the ULC needs work. Actually I had already turned down that area but can see and agree that it could use a bit more darkening. I also darkened and burned the white area of the bill and white hash mark in front of the side pocket feather group.
Thanks again for the comments!

Love the reflection and the color. Great image. The top could be darkened just a little.

Really nice shot of this Woodie, Craig. That reflection is great. The repost does seem to benefit from the darkened areas. Great image.

Looks like a really tough exposure, but the reflection and pose are nice. Sharon
