Nice potrait shot Jack. I like the pose and the dark background here, reallty make the buck stand out. The catchlight is a nice bonus

This is a very nice deer portrait Jack. Its sharp, the lighting is great, and like Jorne said, theres a nice catchlight.

Very nice shot of this fine buck. I really like how he stands out from the BG. I will just ditto the comments of every one else. I have posted a tighter crop of my Yellowstone grizzly as you suggested. Let me know what you think.

A good photo Jack. This buck is giving you a nice head turn into the light. The dark BG is fantastic and in that respect I think a slightly lower angle would have made more use of that and make the buck stand out even better. The vertical presentation suits this very well, but would have been a bit more balanced with the subject placed a bit more to the right IMO.
