Very interesting photo. I am a little confused about how the ice came to be above water level in this shape. Still-lovely colors and light.

Nice comp and light, Kumar. I see a slight halo around the ice. Did you do any post processing?

Istvan, Angela, Sam and Phil, thank you for your comments.
Angela,
Interactions of water (still and running), rain, ice and wind along with grasses and branches of trees dipping into the water (or frozen, and subsequently released, as the ice melts) often create curious shapes and forms. I have been fascinated by this for quite some time. This photograph was taken at the edge of a small lake with lots of bushes and grasses at the water's edge and scattered areas of melting ice in the water. I don't know this for sure, but it is likely that the end of a branch which was previously frozen in this spot was released as the ice was melting, leaving this residual ice on the stick in the water.
Sam,
Thank you for your comment and question. I am attaching a jpeg version of the original raw file to show you the changes I made.

Like the way the ice piece is popping out of water.
