Nice perspective, Greg. Your 1/4 sec. exposure is perfect IMO, to show what the water really looks like, blurred enough to show the motion, rather than turning the clear water into milk or fog. (I hope there is this much water when we get green buds and some flowers.)

Real nice Greg, lovely scene. It looks almost exactly like a spot I shot a few days ago here in PA, mound on the left and all. Same trees. Stream.

Nicely composed and executed Greg. I agree with Wayne that the 1/4 sec shutter speed was perfect for this instance. I also enjoy looking through the barren woods.

Good comp Greg. I also like the water with this shutter speed and like the rapids in the foreground.

Greg,
I must say you've taken quite a dull and drab winter forest and created quite a lovely image. "A river runs through it," with nicely placed rocks and a background of winter trunks are all combined for a very nice image. Great job with the exposure and water as well. The sprinkling of green also gives a little hint of what's to come. Great find and capture.

Wonderful composition and SS for the water. Makes me anxious for similar shots when there's a little more green in a few weeks.
