I for one am looking forward to Summer and in testing out the beta2 of LR3 I worked a bit on this image that I made last Summer. I originally passed over it because of the strong back-light and highlights in the grass. C&C welcome

The light totally makes this shot Steve, well worth the effort in getting things under control... backlight like this just brings things to life so much better than the easy flat light.

It's mesmerizing Steve, I love it! I'm on the fence about whether or not I would like the highlights in the grasses to be more subdued. :toast:

Beautiful straight aspen forest with fantastic light. I like how the background aspens take on a different color.

Striking image, Stephen. One of the more unique aspen images I have seen in a while. The backlighting works really nice here. Great job handling the exposure.

This is a great styand of trees. I like the image as is, but I also like a more abstract pano cropping of just the trunks, without any of the grass...

This image is very refreshing. There seems to be a shift toward many dark images being posted so it is nice to see a bright, colorful, luminescent image. That is a beautiful uncluttered stand of aspens, very nice!

Beautiful. The strong lines and inviting greens make a great combination of elements. Look forward to seeing what LR3 can do.
