Again, from the first trip out using the D60 and polarizer on water. It was a mostly overcast sky, but the opening in the BG still got blown out from the slow speed. Thought of cropping it and all the annoying branches/twigs, but wanted to post the original. D60, ISO-100, shutter 1.3, at 35mm. Thanks for looking and any comments/suggestions please. Larger posted too.

I like the water in this, but that's about it now that I see it on here. :( may pull it.

In my opinion, this lacks a real focal point and the downed tree with the piled up debris isn't particularly appealing. Looks like there could be some interesting compositions focusing only on the water and rocks?

To be completely honest I agree with Jason about a focal point. A polarizer (if you didn't use one) may have cut down on that glare coming off the water and opened up a lot more detail from below the water. But something I find interesting about this shot is that the swirls, twists, and turns of the creek have serious potential for some nice abstract compositions.
