WC426 Jail Bird

Shot this on Florida's Gulf Coast a few years ago. Was just walking up to this pier when I spotted the bird apparently trying to decide whether or not to break the law, as posted in the sign. Not sure what he/she ultimately decided, but I "flew" out of there before the authorities arrived.
