This is just down right beautiful Ronnie. The webbing and Argiope are sensational. I don't know how you consistently achieve these results - but I'll put you (and yours) up in Jackson next summer for just a few lessions.

What grabs me the most in this image is twofold: the background (smooth and clean) and more importantly, the WEB!! That diagonal with zig-zags and the angle of view is outstanding!!! (oh, the spider is good too.. LOL)

Superb in every way! You couldn't have picked a better background for this guy. The spider matches the background sets this really apart.
Sharp and well composed! AA++

I love the isolation of the spider and the zig-zag part of the web

Super shot and a new angle and perspective here for this shot, Like the color of the background the subjects is nice and sharp and the the web shows just enough here. Nothing I would change.

I find myself drawn to this shot, time after time Ronnie, special shot to cause that. Deserves to be on the cover of a macro book or nature magazine IMHO. OUTSTANDING shot and work.

Well I might as well make 3 comments on this shot. Must say that having you post at NPN is not only an inspiration in quality macro, but your consistently beautiful macro work is always a pleasure to see. This really is outstanding in every sense of the word. Congrats Ronnie, so very well deserved M8t.

Booooo !!!

What can ya say........... perfect comp, great lines, SUPERB sharp details, fantastic colours and lighting. Looks like one of Ron's shots

Naaa, its a beauty of a macro M8t. Outstanding as per your normal.

Funny you know, I mentioned your name in an Italian macro forum as one of my favourite macro shooters, the person I was replying to, knew exactly who I meant, so your name gets about my friend. And nope, I don't speak Italian, but some of them speak English.

Anyway, brilliant work and shot Ron

Danny.
