Cholla Blooms

The cholla buds are starting to bloom, so since I previously submitted the cholla buds, I thought I would submit the cholla blooms. I took this photo after work aroud 5:30 p.m. so the light was still a little bright.

Laura, that is one prickly looking plant. Nice detail and color in the flowers. Lighting looks pretty good to me. My only wish would be for a bit more tonal difference between the subject and the BG, but that may not have been possible.

Laura: Wonderful shot. I especially like the bokeh in the BG as well as the overall color palette. 2 thumbs up! >=))>
