Looked a little weird in the thumbnail but with the tiny details in the water surface this one really comes to live. This is a nice different approach and with a very good amout of detail.

Woah, that's crazy! Is the river flowing on its side, or is the tree growing sideways?

What a color shock! Really special Stan.
Did they dye that river for St. Pattys day?
Great job

What the...green of the water? Bizarre and very cool...though not sure my feelings with the branches on the right. Need more or less.

I can't say that I've ever seen water with a color quite like that. But I love it! Cool shot

Thanks folks, glad this went over well since it was a grab shot.

Not sure why the water is so green, i dont think its always that color but i know it was this same color even much farther downstream; it certainly got my attention. In my last post you can see the effects of mixing in the water.

Floris--not sure of your question, the river here is flowing from left to right, there may have been a slight curve in the river here i can't recall. :wavey:

I keep going back to this, Stan. The thumbnail did nothing for me but the larger view nailed me and I am quite taken with it,
