PA Snowy

After some great input on the forums, and some contact w/ the Audubon Society, and PA Society of Ornithology, here is a Snowy Egret in a pond taken two days ago in Northeastern PA.

Orange feet (per a forum discussion) will show better later, as in better poses, but this was seen and shot mid-day in very bright sun, cropped down and tried to enhance. We just had our power knocked out, and had all the shooting details, believe it was ISO-180, 1/1,000th at f-5.6, full 200mm on the lens.

Thanks for looking, couple good poses to come I hope. C&C welcomed!

Thanks Rich, hopefully better to come. Are yours resident up there, or are they simply passers-by??

Like the pose and the BG. Just shows how hard the shot becomes in the mid day light.
