This cactus bloom reminds me of a beautiful rose.

The flower is beautiful and well shot. I'm not sure the vignetting is doing it justice.

Gorgeous flower. I am not sure of the vignetting. Would love to see it without.

Laura: Great subject and light. The vignetting is a bit too strong for my tastes and I wonder if a dark and more subtle vignette would be more effective. Jut my 2¢. >=))>

I really like how you composed the bloom with leading buds to the open flower. The colour of the bloom is to dye for. I can see why you wanted to have the vignet but as other have said it is not quite there. The problem for me is you can see the edge of the background frame coming through. A little adjustment there and this shot would be a real winner IMO.

Beautiful color and detail in the flower Laura, I'm very partial to cactus. Well done.

Laura, I must agree about the vignetting, the flower can stand on it's own, the White vignette distracts for me.

Laura, The flower itself is beautifully rendered  . You may crop a bit from right and left and thereby reduce the impact of the vignetting. Either way a nice photo.

Laura:
The flower is very pretty and nicely captured. A tighter crop will take care of the rather pronounce vignetting.

A beautiful flower Laura, I love the colors and the buds are a plus for the composition

I will just ditto what Bill and the others said about the vignetting, but the bloom is quite beautiful.
