A great zooming effect with the longer exposure here. Very well done.

Very cool shot Gary! I love the use of the 10 stop nd here, the movement from the slow shutter really makes this image. I also love the subtle warm and cool tones and the way that they contrast. The tension created by the slightly different directions of movement in the sky and blowing sand add add a little something for me as well. Great job!

This is real nice. The light, the lines, the sense of the wind are combine to make this a very effective shot.

Beautiful image Gary. It seems like such a simple scene made so terrific by your choice of the 10 stop ND filter. :toast: :toast:

It`s amazing ! On the foreground it`s dusty wind ? Engaging capture! with one exposure and not using ND grads you get well exposed landscape and sky, what is the secret ? :)
Looks great ! :toast:

Oleg, thanks for the comment.

With regards to the exposure, no secrets. The only filter I used was a 10 stop ND filter. The sky was very dark due to the stormy weather and that certainly helped with a balanced exposure. It is sand thats blowing and I've lightened that in processing to try and emphasise the movement.

Moments after I took this I got drenched in a very heavy downpour.

Cheers, Gary.
