Tears from Above

Bryce Canyon NP

Taken during a rain storm last year. It wasn't pouring, but it was raining hard enough to need an umbrella for photography. There is way too much detail for a small version, so I posted a much larger one too.
Any comments/critiques welcome and appreciated.

This has a very painterly look to it. The sky is very dramatic, yet realistic. Makes me want to stand there and take in that view as the storm passes overhead.

My only suggestion would be to burn the sky a hair in the middle along the horizon. It looks like there was a small gap there that wasn't darkened as much by the grad.

Incredible superb vista Michael. Love your composition from this viewpoint and how the landforms guide the eye back to the incredible sky. Beautiful image of His work.
