I still like to go through my shots from our Canadian trip last summer and came across this view of Herbert Lake on the Icefields Parkway taken on our last morning in the park. All comments welcome.>=))>

I really like the reflection you captured here Bill. The warm morning light looks great.

Such an awesome reflection, and I love the way it's contrasted by the crisp textures in the trees and mountains. I wouldn't have expected to like this as much at first as I already do, and it's still growing on me.

That's a very appealing image Bill. And one that conveys the sense of the Canadian Rockies well.

I really like this, Bill. By focusing on the reflection instead of the background, you create a dynamic that is both intimate and grand. Very nicely handled light here here too. I can definitely see some nice textures in the shadows.

Very nice reflection that really brings you into the image, the larger version was a pleasure to view, well done.

What an awesome photo Bill. The lighting is wonderful, and the reflection of the scene in the water is great.

Beautiful reflection, Bill, with some sweet morning light. I would love to be there right now, sipping a cup of strong black joe and enjoying the early morning peace. The image does a wonderful job conveying the serene feeling.

I'm a little late to this party, but I've just got to leave a comment. I absolutely love this image! The colors reflecting in the lake are beautiful and the entire image gives me such a feeling of peacefulness. :toast:
