Wild theme - Acaule

There have been a number of cypripedium acaule shots shown lately, here's my interpretation.
Shot taken with a Canon 40d and a lensbaby 3g f4. The lensbaby is one of my favorite lens for floral. Although you wouldn't know that by the previous posts... but that should change going forward.

Wonderful light and color. Love the moody feel of this. Terrific capture.

Bob: I like the color and light here especially. I'm not sure about the LB on this one. It may need to grow on me. >=))>

I love the image but looks a little dark on my laptop?I think if you could selectively lighten the flower it could be stronger, maybe? My humble opinion I like the selective focus

Bob, I am waiting to get my Lensbaby out as well  . Love this - though brightening this a bit may also be OK. The mood is great !

Definitely has a dark mood to it, and I love it, really keeps me looking Bob. Beautifully done.

Hey Bob, not a big lensbaby fan here, so take what I say with a grain of salt. I really like the upper part of the flower that is in focus, and I like the overall dark mood of the image. The lower blurred part however, is just not working for me.
