Lovely soft light once again - I consider that a trademark now of your images. The light and setting gives this a quiet soft feel/mood that I like a lot.

I really like the feeling of this Ronnie with the bird's head emerging from the surrounding vegetation. For my tastes I would like a little more room on the right and a little bit less on the left. :toast:

Another exceptionally strong image Ronnie. The detail and light are both superb. Love the hints of color in the setting that match some of those in the ibis. I also like that you seem to take so many of your images from a truck - my kinda guy!

Marvelous portrait of a beautiful bird. The colors and shapes of the BG should, it seems, be distracting, but they are not and, instead, add positively to the image. :toast:

Wonderful close up Ronnie. Image quality is a ten! This is a very exotic looking bird, rather prehistoric looking in this setting. :toast:

Hey BB,,,,,the large view shows all the fine feather detail and delicate color of these beautiful birds. You did a great job taming the chaos of the willow tree while the color contrast effectively separates the subject from the surroundings. Sweet light, sharp and technically excellent.

Ronnie,

I love the background in this image, the light in the bird's eye, the sharpness, colors and details. You picked the perfect comp for this image, it is very nicely balanced.

A fine image as presented and I'd be happy with it in my files.

Great shot Ronnie - This is a new species to me, never seen one before. The color around the eye and beak is gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.

A fine portrait, with a soft color palette. The colors in the bird complement the background nicely. If it were mine, I'd be tempted to give the bird a little more room to look into and a little less behind his head, but that's taste. A terrific image as posted.
