Great leaf choice! When I was shooting bugs recently I wondered why anyone would want a 60mm macro. Now I remember! ;)

Thanks for the kind words everyone! Why the 60mm?? Well it's all I have for macro right now. Hope to procure a 150mm Sigma soon.

Vincent: Just going through your images and wanted to comment on this one. I love redbuds and this is a wonderful depiction. Great details and textures throughout the frame and I like the amount of stem you're showing and its entry into the frame. Considering your rig this must have been a fairly small leaf and if so your attention to maintaining a parallel plane of focus is impressive. Hope you get your 150 soon; longer lenses are so much easier to compose even though they are a lot heavier. Marvelous shot.>=))>
