Chocolate

It seems that I've been blessed with great bear viewing lately, but the light has been less than cooperative - either too bright or too dark for my little A200. This boar has been following a black sow around, doing his best to prove he's a worthy mate. She hasn't fully accepted him yet, but he sure is persistent. Good luck Choco!

Nice color and I like the way the light really brings out the eyes.

You were pretty close to him. I like how you have composed it and the eye contact. :toast:

This is quite a solid image Guy and although the light is a little on the harsh side, it is not at all too bad. Backing down on the contrast might improve the look of this IMO. Especially the blacks on the face and one ear look a bit blocked at this small size; opening these up a bit whilst reducing the brightness just slightly will make the light look better I think.

Looks like an enormous bear! You did well to get the eyes revealed, catchlights too! Bears are a real luck thing for me, and you take what you get for light, poses it seems (unless you are Brad..., another league). I would trade a bit more room at the bottom here for a little less head room.

Guy, you got some good detail in this bear, including good light in both eyes. Nice work.
