The most abundant flowering of lupines I have ever seen in Colorado. Took this one weekend before last at Roxborough area.

5d, 28-135mm@28mm, iso 100, 30 sec., f/16.

Comments and critiques always welcome, and thanks for the comments on my last post and for those on this one,

Morris

Morris,

Bright and vibrant with a strong comp. I caught a glimpse of your similar comp in M&N and I think I might prefer that. It seemed a bit richer with a little more light and the frame filled more fully with the lupine. But honestly, they're both great.

Very nice photograph. Great perspective. The wildflower foreground leading the viewer to the subject, then to the background. The colors are very appealing.

I love this Morris. Great light and the colors and textures are well contrasted against the rocks. Also a very strong composition for my tastes. Congrats on the image - really well done.

Spectacular! This has been a great location for you. I think this is my favourite one from this location so far, but I'll wait and see what else you have coming.

Makes me want to revisit CO Morris. Reminds me of Garden of the Gods in some ways. Beautiful work!

What strikes me is how the lilac colour of the rock echoes the colour of the lupines. Very nicely done!
