This place just outside Marble Falls is a bit of a Texas icon. It is fenced off right up to the road and clearly posted. There are several acres of bluebonnets in front of an old home and this barn area. A few years ago the landowner got so aggravated with fence jumpers (I was not one of them) that he plowed under the entire field. He since reconsidered and this year the recovery started in earnest. This was taken early in the season so the bonnets had not filled in all the way but I still thought it was a pretty impressive scene. I'll try to post some other views later in the week. All comments welcome.>=))>

It is a shame that others had to ruin a beautiful scene. I'm glad the bluebonnets are making a comeback. Nice job on this version, Bill. I hope you have versions filled with bluebonnets also.

Nice shot, Bill! Good mix of elements. At least in the large version, the field looks oversharpened or something (compression)

Too bad a few bad seeds ruined it for everyone  This is a really neat scene. I like old rustic building & farm equipment, especially when surrounded by lovely wildflowers. Very nice!

Great shot, Bill. Love the mix of flowers and farm equipment. Maybe a little over sharpened or compression as Stan mentioned, but still a very nice scene.

You put this together so well, Bill! So many great elements, and they all work perfectly.
