Hope you all are not tiring of my shots from my Alaska trip. Here is another one from the boat that we took up the Endicott Arm Fjord. I just love all the mist in the mountains. Comments and suggestions are always welcome.

D90, 18-105mm lens at 58 mm, f/16, 1/25 sec, ISO 200.

Very nice Walt . I agree with your comment on the mist. The way you framed the curve shaped by the water is especially appealing. Exposure seems right on. I've been scrolling the image up and down and at least to my eye I would prefer to crop about 20% from the top and make it a "stubby" panorama. The mist remains and you would lose the featureless sky. Whatever you decide it's definitely a keeper.

Walt, I like the 3 distinct layers of mountains combined with the nice atmosphere. The openess in the gap adds some mystery to the scene.

I agree with the crop. I would go down at least to the top of the hill on the left. In my view it makes a nice image even stronger.

I'm not much for the crop idea. I like your composition as it is. I would like to suggest cutting back on the contrast though because it comes across as quite contrary to the nature of the atmosphere in the scene.
