Found this (mature) female damselfly while slogging around on the edge of the Clearwater (MN) river. Had similar luck with an immature http://myrabo.com/4images/details.php?image_id=768. Not so with the male, however. Looking for feedback (and correction, if I've misidentified! )

Arne:
Good capture of this DF with excellent details from head to tail. The water droplets on the perch looks refreshing. I like your other immature DF image better because the bg is more pleasing. You could perhaps crop of the top portion of this image to get the same effect.

Great shot. These things are ubiquitous hereabouts, but I've never gotten a shot this good.

Gary, I originally had the "sky" cropped out, but changed my mind :) http://myrabo.com/4images/details.php?image_id=769. Thanks for the feedback!

Hey Arne, very nice subject, like the diagonal line of the perch. Good sharp details and nice BG I would crop some of the top and also clone out the white area across the top, it pulls your eye up.

Very nice detail and a good capture, Arne. I agree with the others on cropping the top and making this more of a pano comp. The other image is ok, but I think less space above and below would make for a cool comp.
