Just another pic of a tree I found by a small town lake covered in Spanish Moss. I would surely like your opinion on this one. Thanks.

I like the complementary pink and greens in this Robert. The vertical pano in conjunction with the bands of light and shadow in the moss emphasizes height and vertical movement. However, since this has "moss" in the title, I'm assuming that the moss is actually the subject and in that case I'd probably crop some from the top to make the moss clearly dominant as the subject. The image looks soft to me and I'm guessing that's from wind during the exposure. I'd probably sharpen it some too.
I like the image and I really like the mood of the scene.

Robert: My first impression was "soft" but I think it just needs sharpening - which will be tough at this size with all that small detail. I'm also wondering why f22. At this apparent subject distance I would think f11 or even f8 would be sufficient. I like the comp as is and think the vertical pano is very effective. >=))>

I really like the textures you've captured here, and the diagonal line that divides the moss from the flowers is a nice touch in the composition. As Pat suggests, a bit of a crop off the top appears to work well.

Other than the aforementioned sharpening, this looks good to me. Nice comp. The hanging moss is making me think 'waterfall'.

I might be tempted to crop about I/4 off the top. I agree that some sharpening will really help. I would also bump up the contrast a bit. Nice image and it will only get better.

Beautiful mix of textures and color, and I really like the semi-pano format. Gorgeous shot!

Hi Robert This fine composition has good detail and texture. As the others suggested, a bit more sharpening would make this even better.
