Beauty and perilous come to mind. I love the touches of blue in here Kah Kit.
There are some nice shadows going on here as well. A place to tread carefully I presume.
Thanks for sharing

Some beautiful shapes, light and shadows, texture and detail. The touch of blues are really nice. I get the same feeling as Anthony, a place to tread lightly. Very nice, Kah Kit.

Would not want to get stuck here...man that would suck. Beautiful location for sure, and you captured it well. I'm assuming this was shot from one of those helo trips they have?

Good study, I'd say . . . it feels pretty cohesive even though there are a lot of different shapes, angles, and tones. Like the others, I think the touches of blue add a lot.

Wow, this is so crisp and clean, and the color is popping too. Indeed it does look like a dangerous place to be playing around; hopefully it looked a little safer where you were standing.

Very nice ice shapes and detail. I would perhaps eliminate the dark spot with no snow from the composition (right upper side), but not sure if that were possible. Love the blues here and looking forward to winter. Well done.

Yum, looks delicious hehe. It reminds me of melted ice cream for some reason. Love the cleanness and purity of the snow. Nice top down composition too. Thanks for sharing!

Kah Kit,

"A study of the form and structure." Indeed! Also a very well handled exposure. I don't think you could have done any better.

a bit complicated as I wonder around exploring the various shapes and forms, but then my eye never settles down on any one element. This one may take a number of views to finally get settled.

Simply WOW! I've admired many of the images you've shared here but this may be my favorite. The textures, color and exposure all are spot on. It's hard to comment on the composition since I have no idea what you chose to leave outside the frame. Well done.

I can't believe how sharp and smooth the ice looks. This is stunning.

beautiful combination of colors and textures. I love the soft white texture of the snow. It's like whipped cream.

I love the stark shapes and patterns Kah Kit. The streaks of blue glacier ice really make this special for me!

Cool! Love the little swirls/cornices on the lhs especially. For whatever reason, i really like a crop of the bottom 2/3--seems more about the 'form and structure' with that crop, and i think the shadowed portion at top doesnt really add to that. Super shot regardless.

Very cool shot! Love the textures on these. A close up shot will also be very interesting considering the colors this place has.

Nice arrangement of shapes and shadows captured here. The only thing missing is a lone explorer for a sense of scale and magnitude. Not sure if it was possible, but stepping a few steps to the right and swinging the camera to the left a wee bit as well might have placed that large chunk of snow and ice and crevasse opening closer to the rule of thirds and less near the right side of the frame. May have been impossible or introduced other unwanted elements. Regardless a very impressive image as presented.

Hi Kah,
To me this is fantastic, looks like white plastic taking incredible shapes. The sharpness, exposure and color couldn't be better.
The background in shadows is a fantastic idea, doesn't compete with the foreground and yet it is full of detail to be seen.
Now this is a shot I would show to anyone that says the 24-105 is this or that.
