This Tricolored Herson ate several fish as I was photographing him. I noticed that he would tossed the fish up a bit and then swallow it. This is the only photo I got of it. When you zoom in on the fish you can see the look on his face that he knows whats coming.

Canon 7D 300mm f/4L IS, ISO 400 f/7.1 @ 1/2000 sec.

I like how you were able to catch the prey in mid air. Nice pose and the old snag has lots of character.
