Beautiful bird, pose, and eye!
Too bad about the heavy shadow, but that's what you were given!
Nice catch!

This one's a beaut Rob - sharp throughout, exposure and colors look good and the look at the tail and right wing couldn't be better.

Rob,
I love the light you show in this image, the comp, the eye contact with the galah and the beautiful natural colors

A fine pose. The curves of the bird's shape really make this exciting. Good color and detail, also, but maybe you could lessen the shadow intensity a bit in pp. Well worth working on.

really nice, Rob. I like how the feet are getting ready to land. nice view of the wing and body, the shadow is not really much of a nit for me.

These are really awesome looking birds, as so many are down by you. Super shot here. Sharp as a tack and really great light. No nits here. Very well done.

Hi Rob,
The high shutter speed gave you some very good details. The wings up also gave a good view of the great colors of this species, well done.
