London has its "London Eye", so, I figured we needed a "Dandelion Eye".
Not perfect but fun

Bob:
This is really cool!
Nice lighting and the black bg really brings out the white. Creative and nice capture

Striking pattern on the black bg Bob. Don't know if you wanted more sharpness in this but per the earlier email this morning, F/32 would have introduced some diffraction that a stack at f/11 or so would have avoided. Side lighting as here is the best way in my experience to light a subject for detail and if you plan to convert to black and white you could use direct light to increase the contrast and perception of high detail in the image. I am puzzled by the jagged pattern I see on the spokes in this. Sharpening? Or a diffraction artifact?

Bottom line, I like this image. The strong pattern engages me and I can never really resist strong symmetry in an image although the side lighting tends to de-emphasize the circle in the center because of the shadow created

Very cool, Bob. Dramatic lighting, and a beautiful ring of perfect little seeds to scatter around the world.

I like the side lighting and the detail.

You set a high standard Bob. This is a unique shot and it is quite crisp. I like the seed pattern, the lighting, and background :toast:

Bob, When you get that perfect shot, do send the copyright for this one to me  . Don't be too hard on yourself. Looks great to my eyes. London Eye analogy is apt :toast:
