Did a morning shoot along a canal, and as sunlight pushed through the trees a Snowy Egret flew by, ignoring me and the alligator in the shadows.

I like the ethereal look of this. And I'm glad I read your text or I would have missed the gator. He is a nice secret bonus.

Greetings, Wayne...This is a very nice image. The lighting is quite ethereal, the egret is nicely placed in the frame, and the alligator is a special treat. I like this image a lot.

The "Jesus beams" are a nice addition to the photo, great atmosphere. I like the contrast of the white bird against the dark vegetation. I read your notes first and wondered why you were hanging out with an alligator in the shadows, had a real hard time visualizing that. Then...I noticed the alligator in the photo. It's late and I gotta get some sleep.
