Indian Saras Crane

Indian Saras Crane flapping wings. It is the tallest flying bird in the world with a huge wingspan.
We had a long spell of monsoons here, as a result these greens were very saturated. I happened to tone them down substantialy.
Thank you so much for your kind attention & views!
Canon 7D, 500mm, ISO 320, 1/640 sec at F 5.

Jagdeep,
very impressive bird. I really like the pose with the open wings and the setting too. The greens seem to me very natural. Well done.

Like the outstretched wings and the soft light really brings out the colors of the bird.

That is one impressive bird Jagdeep. I like the pose and habitat. Only thing that would improve this a bit would be a bit more blur to the BG to make the bird stand out just a bit more. Very nice as posted.

Beautiful bird, very nice wing position, sharpness and light. Maybe a tad more room at the bottom?

You did good on the greens Jagdeep. Does not look overly saturated to me. Beautiful wing spread, nice low to the ground composition, and sharp. Very nice.

Love the pose Jagdeep and you caught the crane at just the right angle to show off those impressive wings. Greens look just fine to me.

Wow! What a gorgeous wingspread...the detail in the plumage is terrific, I don't think you could have asked for a better pose.

Very nice all round! It does give a nice feel for the size of the wingspan.
