We were camped on the shore of Resurrection Bay when these two young sea otters with their family stayed around and played in front of our camp site for probably 30 to 45 minutes. They were fun to watch, rolling, twisting and jumping on each other. This is one of many images I shot.

It would have been nice if they were both looking in your direction but you can not ask them to turn. Did you get any shots with both faces visible? I might crop a little off of the right but that is a matter of taste. :toast:

Philip
I
tried really hard to get them to stop and pose for me and both to smile for the camera, but they were very uncooperative. I was just happy for the experience and the shots I got. I appreciate you looking and commenting. Rich

Makes me jealous. Searched for them near seward, but couldnt find any

I would crop a little bit on left, top and bottom. There is enough detail and interest in the subjects to warrant that.

Man that must have been a cool encounter  . I like the pose of the one facing the camera. I echo the crop suggestions made.

Nice to see them doing something besides floating around on their backs. Might crop a bit tighter if the IQ holds up.
