This was a few weeks ago in Yellowstone. The bulls were active and challenging the other bulls in the area.

Nice pose and simple composition. The white of the antler tips really set them off from the BG.

He's got quite a glint in his eye and a rack on his head. I bet he does quite well. I like the warmth of the brown glasses and how the bull is coming toward the camera.

Very cool bugling pose. I really like the white tips on those antlers. Looks like he has been busy rubbing.

Great bull in a great action pose. Is this a large crop? It seems to my eye there is a little shortage in fine detail and that may be why...

Jack,
This bull was herd bull of a group of cows on the Madison River twice. Same cows have had 4 herd bulls in 3 weeks. I visited the group 4 times. His marker is the short tine on his right antler. A big bull like this one was reported killed by wolves on Yellowstone. net. Haven't checked it out yet. Thanks for sharing

Great shot Jack! Really good COMP and the warm autumn colors work well. Like Steve said, the bright white antler tips really add the finishing touch to this image. Well done and thanks for sharing.
