Beautifully interesting, Jimmy. Hard to tell where the OOF leaves are, and I like that!

I love it! The mix of color and texture is great. I kind of wish some more of the aspen leaf were sharp but it's not a deal breaker.

great idea...well done. it may not be a "print large and hang on the wall" type image, but it captures the essence of autumn. dof very appropriate and i like the yellow/green contrast a lot

Marcro folks would be all over this one. I like it too for the colors and comp, though it feels a bit cellular for ESS. What are those green things

I am not very good identifying trees, but the leaf is resting on what I think is a fir tree of some sorts. Sorry if this is not quite the ESS typical image... just trying some new stuff and I appreciate the comments. Should the post be moved to another gallery

Actually an excellent image imo - although it took me some seconds to appreciate it. Not an easy one to digest because it is so different, but very creative and unique. And well made!

Nice Jimmy. While very simple, I find images like this remarkably hard to do well. This is a well done image!

Interesting image Jimmy. I love the colors you have here and the pine needles are very interesting. A great macro autumn image. I heard about your wreck and am glad you are still with us. Looks like the cab of your Toyota held up well. It was a pleasure to meet you while here and I'm looking forward to commenting on more of your images.

What a neat view at the smaller worlds. I almost thought this was an underwater shot.
Pretty cool Jimmy
