Hi folks!

Though I've been posting images on-line for a very long time, this is my first post in the fine forum. Here's one from a very dark and wet morning in Alaska.

Cool capture, BG and composition. I particularly like how he carries the fish.

Chris: Welcome to NPN and thank you for posting in the Avian gallery. This is a powerful image. The tight crop really emphasizes the focus of this image for me. The determined look, and of course the fish in the talons just add to the overall impact. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.

Christopher, I like the fish and the determined look of the eagle but at only 650 pixels this is just too small for effective critique IMO.

Nice to get the prey in the talons and blood on the eagle's face. I like the background gradiation and the nice look at the eagle's eye. Posted at only 650 pixels I don't feel confident in critiquing the sharpness or details. Your copyright line does pull my eyes away from the subject because of the large size.
