Corn Fields in the Fall

The fall colors in Western North Carolina are absolutely gorgeous. While driving some of our back roads, I came upon this corn field and thought the corn stalks and the fall foliage would make a nice image. I digitally manipulated this image by adding a Dry Brush filter. I'm happy with the composition and how the curved lines draw your eye across the image.

Camera is a Nikon D70, no special lenses. My sister was driving the car and I shot this image while the car was moving.

Comments and critiques are very much appreciated. Thanks for viewing.

Interesting look you created with the use of the filter. Nice details from a moving car. The fall colors are wonderful.

Thanks everyone for your comments and for viewing. I'm always looking for new ways to photograph nature and her glory and this was a trial run, or I should say, trial drive, and I'm very happy with the outcome. Thanks again for taking a look.
