Looking West

This stream is officially known as the West Branch of the Lackawanna River in Northeast PA. I've only been here once before, and this time the water was really moving. I could have walked this for days, and probably will. A nice wide view for now, more to come.

Used a friend's Canon EOS XTi, ISO-100, 1 second, f-14.0 at 18mm--had my CPL with me, but didn't realize the Canon lens was 58mm. Thanks for any C&C!!

Bill, this is a great shot! I like everything about the exposure and the setting. The small red tree in the background is a bonus as it draws the eye from the falls across the picture!

Bill,

Looks like a place with image potential. I really like the water curtain on the right.

Thanks guys, pretty spot. I enjoyed the curtain on the right and hopefully will show it some more in the other posts Youssef. Cheers!

Great use of diagonals, Bill. I hope you were able to get some more images of the falls by zooming in closer to isolate them even more. Looks like a great area. My only suggestion would be to apply a bit more sharpening as it appears a bit soft.
