Julian,
The light in this photo is delicious - for lack of a better word. The birch trees just pop in that glow and the two dark trunks crossing each other make for a very strong graphic. I really like it.

Works for me too. The comp is a little busy here and there but the light makes it all so much better.

I like the even light here and the textures of the leave. Just in case you didn't know, birches don't dance. They're actually jousting.

The trees have a nice glow to them Julian. I quite like the composition, forests are not easy. I do think that it's a shame that the web is limited when looking at images with lots of detail.

It's busy sure, but the light and the intersecting trees pull this together. Nice.

The quality of the light makes this gorgeous, Julian, together with the strong diagonal of the one birch. Beautiful work.

This has that intangible sense of old school LF photographs. I like it a lot. Compositionally, I feel the trees on the right are a bit too close to the edge.

Julian,
I like this a lot. As always, I can imagine what the transparency looks like.
The crossing of the birches is the central feature of course and really holds the composition together. That allows and anchor and still the viewer can explore all the surrounding detail.
Only suggestion, I might drop the mid tones a little bit and let the highs and lows contrast against one another.
Nicely captured Julian,
Lon
